I feel motivated and honoured to work with each one of my clients. Seeking support and guidance is the first step in making improvements in areas where you are feeling unhappy. It is my goal for you to experience a non-judgemental, empathetic, and respectful counselling relationship so that you can feel comfortable to share and
reflect. As we explore the thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and situations that are troubling or difficult for you, and look at ways to help you find peace in these
areas, I use a Cognitive Behaviour Therapy approach to explore what has influenced your thoughts and beliefs, and ways they might be modified to help them
serve you better and help you feel better about yourself, others, and your experiences. Together we will consider what brings meaning to your life as well as
your unique experiences, challenges, and strengths.
